"Weekend delays but great service!"
The delivery was held up because of the weekend holidays, but the excellent communication and customer support really made up for it. The lift showed up just like they said it would and it's fantastic. Got a solid deal on a quality tool.

I gotta say, they were fantastic. Super friendly, really helpful, and fast too. I’m not quite sure how they managed to be so speedy when everyone else I talked to was saying it’d take 6-8 weeks to get an a/c recovery machine. They got my order done in roughly 2 weeks. Huge thanks!

This company is fantastic! They reached out to me when a Robinair 1234YF A/C machine was in stock. I made the payment online on a Tuesday afternoon. It shipped from New Jersey on Wednesday at 12:30 pm and got to Michigan by Friday at 2:30 pm. The service and communication were top-notch. I placed an order for a transmission jack more than a week back and was promised shipping details in about 5 days. Still haven’t got that info, and I really need the jack since I've got several cars to pull the transmission from.
